Our easy-to-use process helps you get the transcription of your focus groups done as you work on them.  Below is the simple, seven-step process for getting your voice files transcribed:

• Step 1: Register (one time) to create a folder for your organization in our system.
• Step 2: Log in using the User ID and password that you selected during registration. 
• Step 3: Upload your focus group recording in your folder for transcription. 
• Step 4: Select turnaround time. 
• Step 6: We will transcribe your recorded files within the turnaround time selected by you, post it in your folder and notify you when the transcript has been completed. 
• Step 7: Pay and download the transcribed files.
