Do you need to get your regular dictations transcribed? Subscribe to our Transcription Subscription Program and get your dictation sent to you by email or in your folder within 2-days of voice file transfer. You can dictate in a digital recorder and upload the voice file to our easy-to-use website interface or call a toll-free number that we will assign to you.
 
Our subscription program starts at $99 per month for transcription of up to one hour of dictation and lower rates if you subscribe for more than five hours of transcription. This program is covered by our legendary minimum 98% accuracy guarantee.
 
GMR Transcription Services Inc. offers a convenient and affordable Transcription Subscription Program for your transcription needs. Here is how it works:
 
•  Contact us for enrolment with our Transcription Subscription Program and we will send you a simple document for registering.
•  On our receiving your first subscription free, you will receive your login information for the Subscription Transcription Program and if you have subscribed to our Call-in Subscription Transcription Service, a toll free call-in number Login and upload your recording using our easy-to-use website interface,
OR
•  Call-in the number given to you and simply dictate.
•  We will transcribe your recording within two working days.
•  We will email your transcript and/or add it in your folder for download.
•  Our program insures privacy – our transcriptionists never see any client specific information.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just give us 30 day notice. See our terms below..

Transcription rates for voice recording that exceeds the subscribed number of hours will be $2.50 per minute. We will inform you when you have reached your limit for the month.
 
The toll free Call-in subscribers will have both options available - upload to the website or call-in.
 
Terms:
1.Subscription options are available in one hour increments. You may subscribe for dictation time of 1 hour or 2 hours or 3 hours etc. up to 10 hours or more, per month.
2.The rate for transcribing recordings over your subscribed number of hours will be $2.50 per minute.
3.The rates above are for one-speaker recordings only. Contact us if you want to subscribe for multiple speakers.
4.These are ‘use it or lose it’ hours. Unused time WILL NOT roll over to next month.
5.You can cancel the subscription by giving us a 30 day notice.
6.Call-in subscribers can also upload their files through the website. However, website upload subscriber will not receive any toll free call-in number for dictation.
